 Errata In The Book (Third Edition) A brand new edition and I hope, no errors! As I find errors in the book and in the logic, or, as they are reported to me I will add to this page as time goes on. Now that there is a third edition that will supersede the second, all the errors in the second edition are, I hope, "fixed", but as there is much new content I can only expect more errors will come to light. If you find an error, please report it to me. The third edition is an improvement over the second, which was far better than the first. If you purchased the first edition I offer to replace it with a copy of the third edition of my book, but not to so offer a replacement for the second edition. If you are totally disappointed with the second edition, I apologise that I cannot replace it for the third edition. I feel badly about such errors in my book. It is very disheartening for me to discover them and I understand the annoyance over reading something inaccurate or imprecise. Logical errors hopefully will be fixed by now, and grammatical errors as well - though any new errors found will be listed below. Known Errata
